Is he having any difficulty Urinating or with his bowell movements...? Does he get nauseated with this pain? This could be a Kidney Stone if he is having increased pain or difficulty urinating..This could also be related to the Appedex.....A more significant problem could be Diverticulitis...In any of these, he needs to seek medical attention at the ER...If this is a kidney stone, or appendicitis, it will only get worse....He needs to stay on clear liquids until he has been checked out...Please keep us posted....
