Lower left abdominal pain

Hello. I have had a bad pain in my lower left abdomin for about 8 or nine days. on a scale from 1-10 its about a 7. At first I thought it was gas pressure and then 4 days went by it didnt go away. I then thought I had some kind of bowel abstruction but I have been going to the bathroom just fine. A few times it made the pain worse when I ate but not all the time. I have vomitted only one time and it was only water because I wasnt eating because of the pain. If its possible could you PLEASE give me an answer. THANK YOU!
