Prostate Issue of Back Issue

Four months ago, I went to the hospital with sharp pains in my stomach, lower back that radiated into my testicles. I was diagnosed with gallstones (but the Dr. didn't see any inflamation in gall bladder) and with a UTI and possible prostatitis. I was given cirpo for 7 days and a rocephin shot. The cipro worked and my symptoms went away. About 3 days later the pain in my back and testicles returned and I visited a doctor. He said it could be epididymitis and put me on doxycycline for 10 days and a rocephin shot. Just like before, during treatment symptoms went away, but after the treatment the symptoms returned. Since then, I have had an ultrasound of my testicles (everything fine) at the hospital and was referred to a urologist. During this time I have also had bouts of unexplained sweating The urologist found blood in my urine but found no evidence of kidney stones (had a CT with contrast). He also checked my bladder with a cystoscope and everything looked fine. He beleives my back and testicular pain are muscular/skeletal. However, my family doctor thinks I could still have prostatitis. I was curious of another doctor's thoughts. I have to have a checkup with the urologist in 6 weeks but I am still in pain. I do lift weights 5 days a week, but haven't lifted in over a month. I would think if it were muscular, having refrained from lifting would have fixed the issue. I am 28 years old. Thank you for you time.
