Testicle sweating

My testicles and between my legs below my testicles has been sweating for a couple months now.I never had this problem before and don't know what to do.My doctor doesn't seem to think its anything but it really bothers me.Is there anything i can do or use to make it better.I don't wear underwear so i know that isn't it.

If you wore underwear, it could soke up some of the sweat, but I know many men who shave so that it doesn't get to warm down there.
