My son has a 103.0 temp and is 3 1/2 years old and motrin dropped it to 102.00 should i be concerned?

?103.00 and then 1 hour later 102.00 no other symptoms and drinking lots of fluids but not hungry. Just doesn have much energy and wants to stay in bed which is fine but when do I call the pediatrician?

It could be a virus, however we always recommend seeing the doctor if the temp runs above 102 for more than 24 hours. Any other symptoms like tugging on his ears, runny nose etc..?
