Need # for reporting food poisoning from restauant in Stuart Fla

I ate at local restaurant last sat nite and i have been sick since Monday night with abd pain and continued diarrhea. I would like to report this so others dont get sick and have the restaurant clean up and be informed of danger.

That would be the County health department. Look in the phone book under Government agencies. Then it will be local government agencies, under County health Department. All restaurants should have a notice on the wall with the phone #, or call you doctor or local emergency room nurse.
