Actually drinking cold water slows dowh digestion , because your body uses heat in
the digestive process , but i dont see or have heard of fruits doing any harm
Drinking water ? Water is the preferred drink any time because it is very healthy and can aid in many conditions that you have in the body but to my way of thinking i would rather drink water cool not cold . and the cold ice water seems to me to clog the stomach with the fats in the meals and the stomach and body have to work harder to get the water to body temp and can cause a small amount of upset in the body . medical research has found that drinking hot tea or any thing hot with a meal aids in digestion for the person and the fruit is better to be eaten as a snack because it is filling and does as you say fills the stomach up when eaten so hope this helps .
