Pain during and after sex in my abdomen slash pelvis

What is wrong with me do i have a tumor? anyway ive been feeling nausea and dizzy for a week. i took a pregnancy test last week and i wasnt pregnant. could i be pregnant and it not show up on the home pregnacy test? whats wrong my stomach hurt so bad i had to stop having sex last night and i was crying for three hours straight after.

I could be wrong, but it may take a few days for the hormone level to be high enough to show up as a positive pregnancy on the test.

You could try another pregnancy test just in case you are pregnant, or you could schedule an appt to go see your doctor about this.

I hope you start feeling better soon.

Sounds like a cyst on ur ovaries. u need to go to dr. you will have pain that leads to nausea and dizziness, and yes, pain during sex...make an apptment. and yes, u can be pregnant in ur tubes and it wont show up on a pregnancy test every time....again, go to dr...hope u feel better...motrin will help
