Pain in lower back and leftside

Have lower back pain below belt line. Does not hurt while sitting Hurts more getting up or walking What is the best way to relieve same

Lower back pain, can't stand up straight. Some positions the pain is minor, with movement shooting pain, mostly lower left back kidney area.
