Pain in my lower left side of the back ? This could be a pulled muscle and you need to go to a doctor to confirm this condtion and take some pain relief medications and ice this for the start before you go to the doctor to help the pain and maybe it will cool down the pain and the doctor can X ray this for the condtion and let you know how to treat this and help the pain .
