Pain in my Thigh

Two days ago I started taking Crinone Gel (progesterone supplement) and yesterday I started getting pain in my right leg. In the information that came with it it says that fewer than 1% of people have leg pain. But it also says that I should contact my doctor immediately if I have leg pain (It's Sunday and he isn't in). The pain kind of goes up into my hip area, but I don't have shortness of breath or pain in the calves or my chest. Should I be worried? Do I need to go to the ER? What could it be? Should I keep taking the medicine? Should I worry if my calves start to hurt but I have no shortness of breath or pain in my chest? What should I do if the other leg starts to hurt? I'm not really that physically active, but I'm not overweight either. I hope someone can help me.

Thanks
