Painful neck

I have thyroid disease and two bulging disc in my neck. My hands go to sleep at night, my throat feels like a lump on the right side, and my neck hurts. Along with a headache 24/7. I don't know where to go first. Pain management can't see me until a month away. My family doctor treated me with z-pack for 5 days for my throat, but did not help. He wants me to go to an ENT physician. Is that where I need to be going? Does he treat any of this? I didn't think he did. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I very tired of hurting and feeling drained. I can hardly workout at the gym or anything else. Please HELP!

I would recommend a Chiropractor who specializes in Vertebral Subluxation. The Alignment of the spine. If possible to get a Static Scanning sEMG done. Xrays are taken of your entire spine from neck to hip. It would show the areas that are out of wack. And will allow the doctor to determine what treatment is needed.
I had the same symptoms you are experienceing. I went to a chiropractor and had this done and I feel alot better now than I have in a long time. Another thing I did was to change the way I sleep and what I sleep on. I don't know how old you are but as you get older you need to take better care of your body. Gradually do short time exercises and alot of walking. this will help.
