Pediatric Fever and neck pain

My 11 year old on Sunday had a fever of 105.1 for 7 hours straight with 3 doses of motrin and 2 of Tylenol, put in a bath and wet compresses. For a Few minutes the veins in her arms and legs turned a grayish red color. Was told by her pediatrician it was the fever coming to the surface. The fever went down but then was back up to 104 Moday morning. Took her to the ER. They had her move her neck and took a chest xray (clear) then released her with 104. The fever has never broke but has gone down. She suffers from migraines and takes Topamax 25mg daily. She had 99.1 all day & then went up to 101.1 at 8:30pm. However, now she is complaining that she has pain in her left shoulder and her neck when she moves it from side to side and chin to chest. Should I be concerned and take her back to the ER or assume that it is just part of the fever virus that she's been diagnosed with? Due to her weight and height she is considered a young adult.
