It depends where you live. In PA in the Philadelphia area you have your choice of Childrens' Hospital of Philadelphia, Nemours, and the other university hospitals usually will have someone. Check with your local Children's Hospital. Failing that try the local medical schools. Also you can look online. I suspect there is an association for Developemental Pediatricians and they could refer you or give you a list.

You can also call the American Academy of Pediatrics or your local chapter of the American Medical Association and ask for a referral. Your family doctor or pediatrician should also be able to refer you. Check also with your insurance company as they typically have a list of specialists on your plan.
Call your health insurance carrier. They have lists.
