Plantar fasciitis

Please help! i have tried every over the counter inserts and soles i could find and nothing seems to work. I have been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and achille tendinitis and have been given a cortisone shot on my right foot. I am told i need therapy 2-3 times a wk to see if it will help. The pain is so excrutiating i try to ice atleast twice a day and nothing helps i am so desperate for an answer and have no where else to turn please help me any and all will be appreciated thank you for your time...
