I had a rash on my arms. I was taking a baby aspirin daily. Dermatologist advised me to stop taking the aspirin. Rash went away within a week.

Also you may have formed an new allergy recenltly. It wasn't until last year my sister learned she is allergic to processed deli meats. She gets a rash, not itchy on her arms.
