Sensitive to BP meds what's least harmful &less side effects

Have tried many BP meds and they affect my wrists,elbows,ankles,stomach, brain and walking. The hydralazine I am now on fogs my brain and I'm told that it depletes my heart of COQ 10 which tends to weeken it and my heart rythum is off. What can I do to aleviate the situation. Have tried ACE's Beta blockers, Diuretics alpha blockers and the side effect are destroying me.
