Moderately sever lower abdominal pain. No appendix. Not menstruating.

Where is the pain? You may have an ovarian cyst, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, or ectopic pregnancy. The signs and symptoms that signal the need for immediate medical attention include, sudden, severe abdominal or pelvic pain, and pain accompanied by fever or vomiting, if you have any of these, please go to the ER or emergency clinic.
