OK this is signs of heart conditions and you should go to a doctor like tomorrow if not tonight to see about this. and the hard beating heart with chest discomfort and tingling in the arm and something similar to a striking pain in my neck.has to be checked out very soon because this is right on signs of heart problems .

Should I be concerned...blood pressure of 141/91
I've been having headaches for the past 2 weeks. I went to the pharmacy today to take my pressure and it was 128/90. I went back an hour later because the pressure was so hard in my head & it was 141/91 with a pulse of 118. I am also having some chest discomfort and tingling in the arm and something similiar to a striking pain in my neck.
