Should I see a doctor for my pain in my stomache, lower back pain on right side with nausua or wait it out a couple of days to see if its a flu?

Pain in lower right side of back started 2 days ago with nausa. now have aching pain in stomach right between my rib cage. Pain in back seems to travel up my spine when I breathe, so it feels tight in my chest to breathe. Back now hurts to bend, stand, move, in general. Having problems sleeping, pain will wake me up. No vomiting yep, but I am taking gravol for the nausa. Is this a flu or is it somthing more serious like kidney infection, spleen infection etc? Should I see a doctor right away tomorrow or wait it out a couple of days to see if the symptoms subside?

I really think id see a doctor like today and find out the cause of this pain and symptoms there are to many to of thses and they might be some thing like kidney stones or some thing else that can really make you sicker and you might just catch it in time to save you a lot of med bills and pain and the breathing part is a worry also so yes go and get checked to day!

These can be viral symptoms, but they are also symptoms of a severe kidney infection. You may have strained your back. Nausea is often a side effect of pain.

Kidney infection may cause one or more of these signs and symptoms:

Frequent urination
Strong, persistent urge to urinate
Burning sensation or pain when urinating
Abdominal pain or pressure
Cloudy urine with a strong odor
Pus or blood in your urine (hematuria)
Inability to urinate (urine retention)
Need to urinate during the night (nocturia)
Back, side (flank) or groin pain
Fever

Severe kidney infection also may involve:

High fever - body temperature of 101 F (38.3 C) or greater
Shaking chills
Night sweats
Extreme fatigue
Nausea or vomiting
Confusion

Please see your doctor today for proper diagnosis and treatment.
