Side effects from Advil PM

I seem to be addicted to Advil PM and am wondering what kind of ill effects this may cause me. Should I refrain from taking it at night? I take no other advil throughout the day.

Advil PM is a sleep medication for people with pain, usually chronic pain. Advil pm contains
Diphenhydramine citrate 38 mg
Ibuprofen 200 mg (NSAID)* Nighttime sleep-aid
Pain reliever
*nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug

Too much Ibuprofen can cause stomach bleeding and longterm use can increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.

Take what is recommended. If you feel you have an addiction to this pain reliever then consult an addiction specialist or your doctor. Your not alone many people get addicted, its very common and it's treatable but you have to reach out and get help.
