My 5 year old son has pimple like bumps they are only in one armpit they have been there for more than three weeks they do not seem t irrate him at all but i would like to know what is casuing them

My 5 year old son has pimple like bumps in one armpit they have been there for at least three weeks they dont seem to bother him buti would like to know at is causing them

He could be allergic to something in his daily routine clotheing, something being used or something that has been used before that didn't bother him but is now try some hydrcotizone cream and see if that helps

I would need a photo for a more clear diagnosis.

This sounds like heat rash, caused by the heat from the underarm and sweat.
washing under his arm and using baby powder keeping it dry should help it clear up.
of course if it spreads or gets worse a trip to your family doctor or near by clinic may be necessary.
