Peeling skin on feet

My active four year old has peeling skin on his feet and it's getting worse. It is mostly between the toes and on the bottom of his toes. No pain, red skin underneath, no itching. The skin is not dry at all, in fact the skin coming off if very moist. What should we do? He already wears cotton socks and we change tennis shoes often.

As above eczema is common in kids and it's possible he has althletes foot, but try cornstarch powder which is natural & can't hurt. If that doesn't work take him to pediatrician. Can a 4-year-old wear sandals or go barefoot, if so, try it. All tennis shoes cause feet to sweat.
