If the tests were specifically done to find chlamydia and they came back negative, then you are ok. Just because your doctor did an STD panel does not always mean that it included chlamydia so be sure of that. If it was included, no worries. If not, then make sure they check for it because men can carry it and not know it because many men have no symptoms.
