Swelling feet

I have been having a lot of swelling in my feet for the past 3 weeks, I have given up salt and try to keep my feet up as much as posible?

Swelling feet ? Feet swelling and such can be from a fluid build up in and around the heart that means congestive heart failure . but this is unknown also . and you really need to go to a doctor to get help and testing with all the indications that you have. and stop the salt right now also to help with the swelling and also put the feet up higher then the head for resting
