This would probably depend on how bad it is broken. Not something you want to take a lot of chance with as it could end up costing you a lot more later if it requires a surgical fix when it sets wrong.

Firstly you should get a doctor to look at it if at all possible as there can be complications from breaks and fractures.
Depending on how bad it is broken if it is a simple break buddy strapping the affected toe to the toe next to it works as a splint and is usually about all that can be done unless it is a complicated break where the bones are out of alignment, this does require you to ge medical help
