You didn't say what type of pain you have when you sneeze, walk or move, and you didn't say if there are other locations besides the foot. I wold say that you probably need to see a neurologist as no way to answer that question on this forum. There are at least 6 different things that I can think of right off the top of my head that have those symptoms, and there are probably a dozen more that I am not coming up with, as these symptoms could be from a disease process or medicine you are taking, or a combination of both. If it is in just the foot then it very well could be Morton's Neuroma, you also didn't say if you had any diagnostic tests such as an MRI or high resolution ultrasound and sometimes they do an electromyography (nerve test). That is the only way to get an actual diagnosis of Morton's Neuroma. Also, an x-ray may be performed to rule out any bone problems. Even though you are being refered to an orthopedic surgeon, the first course of action is non-surgical treatment. Sorry this didn't tell you what you wanted to hear, good luck, Susu
