Was it a heart attack or anxiety attack?

I am a 31 yr. old motivational speaker, learning new material for weekend presentation, feeling full pressure. Midnight last night, had severe squeezing and letting up in the chest over my heart, severe pain (NO PAIN DOWN THE ARM OR COLD SWEATS.) After about 15 minutes, then felt sick to my stomach. Cannot afford health ins. and feared medical bills, so did not go see a doctor. Should I go see family physician today, any tests that could still be run today. Am not overweight, and am female. No previous health problems, but did have gall bladder removed 6 years ago.
I weight 130 lbs. and am 5" 6" tall.
Just need to know what to do.
Thanks!

Hello,
It is very unlikely to be a heart attack, since you are a lady and still young. However please see your GP for medical examination and a base line EKG.Anxiety will be the likely cause as you are under a lot of stress.Thank you.
