What are procedure codes ALT and AST?

ALT level is high at 83; AST level is high at 53 Thanks.

ALT/SGPT range 10-32 U/L useful for diagnosis of liver cell damage. AST/SGOT range 0-42 U/L indicates tissue damage heart or liver. Google 'Liver function and Blood Tests' . There are other reasons for all tests to be elevated. For evaluation of tests consult your ordering physician; h/her office will explain labs to you.
