What are the chances of recovery or surgery when there is blood in the brain at the stem leading to the spine.

Others have said iit is unoperable, because of the location Blood is in the brain area -if any blood leaks into the brain matter, death is predicated. Right now he's is in a coma. having seizures, which are under controlled at the moment. But you can see nerve twitching This occurred from a fall, hit his head, but felt no real pain, but has high bllood pressure which caused the blood to leak into the skull area
