What are the long term side effects of overdosing on zoloft?

About a year ago my son overdosed on zoloft. He still seems to be having some major mental effects, he said he feels like there is a cloud over his brain and he can't clear it, can't concentrate, and is angry most of the time for no apparent reason. He also seems to have a few symptoms that are side effects of taking zoloft. Could these symptoms be caused by the overdose of Zoloft? He took around 2500 mg.
