Drowsiness, dizziness, headaches, lightheadedness and difficulty with coordination.

Personally I am really against sleep meds because even the non-addictive ones are still addictive and clinical trials have linked them in long-term studies to depression and anxiety because it messes with your nuerotransmitters, so if you are prone to depression or anxiety, sleeping meds have shown to induce them.

The biggest thing that studies I've seen have found to fix sleeplessness is to only use your bed for sleep and sex. We are creatures of conditioning and if you only sleep in your bed, your brain will know when you are in bed to go to sleep. Plus not eating and watching tv in bed reduces annoying crumbs :)

Ambien has some slight side effects, about 1% users have diarrhea, dizziness or daytime drowsiness. There are additional side effects such as allergic reactions, headaches, depression, nausea but this is a small percentage.

Esquire magazine published a short article comparing leading sleeping pills in November ('07). The reviewer raved about Ambien, said it was his favorite.

Using my bed only for sleep and sex. Got it. I think I can manage that. :)

Will that help me fall asleep more if I just use my bed for that?

Anything that is addictive sounds bad, so maybe I shouldn't start taking these. Thanks.
