Pain in right and left lower sides ? This really sounds like you have large ovarian cysts and they can come on very fast and you may have a tumor also with the way this sounds and you need a doctor to check this and get this helped very fast and hurting on both sides can mean a very large one indeed and i would go to the doctor today if i could to get the help that you may require of this condtion now in the lower right stomach you have the appendix's that could also be infected and needs to be checked also so you need testing and screens for this .

If it has been roughly 2 weeks since your last menstrual period, it sounds as if you are ovulating, and may have what is called "functional ovarian cysts". Sometimes, these cysts form, but usually they are harmless, although they can be very painful. These cysts will burst on their own, which sounds bad, but is a normal course of events for these types of cysts, Take ibuprofen for the pain and inflammation, and if the pain is too severe, go see a good OB-GYN. They usually go away on their own time, but new ones can form each month. Many women deal with this on a monthly term. You need to definitely go to your doctor, and get a pelvic exam, to rule out any other infections. If they find nothing, then you need to check with your family practitioner for other causes. Remember-If the pain gets too bad, you need to go to the emergency room and get checked.
