What can cause swelling under the eye.

This may be a sty and you need to let this alone and get a doctor help for this condtion or use a warm cloth and put it on the eye lid for a time to bring this to a head as we say then this will go away and this is caused by bacteria on the eye3 lid and this condition may effect you again . but keep the eye lids very clean and wash them with good soap and water and this will help keep the bacteria at bay . and you may need some eye lid antibiotics also . hope this helps.
