What dehydration symptoms are serious enough to take my son to the doctor?
My 3 year old is dehydrated. We went to the beach today and all he has had to drink was milk, a few sips of water, root beer, and ice cream. He fell asleep on the way home, and we laid him down on the couch to sleep. When he woke up he was warm and irritable. His mom tried to get him to drink water, she got a little water down him then he started vomitting. He wont drink so I have him eating ice chips now. He's complaining he's tired. Should I take him to the doctor, or keep feeding him ice chips? Should I give him some juice too?
