I would personally not recommend diet pills, as they are not a lifetime solution for weight loss. I would talk to your doctor about suggestions instead.

However if you're looking for a diet pill I have heard that "ALLI" works quite well, because it's more of a weight loss program with a pill.

If you are breast feeding please talk to your doctor before taking any pills.

Yes, excellent answer CWC. Alli is the #1 doctor recommend OTC weight loss program, and the only one actually approved by the FDA as a weight loss program, not just a supplement. You can get it at most pharmacys, and places like walmart, kmart etc.. However,Do not use this medication without telling your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby. Before taking Alli, tell your doctor if you have an underactive thyroid, a history of kidney stones or pancreatitis, type 1 or type 2 diabetes, an eating disorder, or if you take other weight-loss medications (prescription or over-the-counter). Alli is orlistat, a previously prescripton only medication (Xenical) that blocks some of the fat that you eat, keeping it from being absorbed by your body.

A very good point Skoolie, The primary side effects of the drug are gastrointestinal related, and include steatorrhea, that is, oily, loose stools. Because Alli (orlistat) blocks some of the dietary fat from being absorbed, the fat is excreted unchanged in the feces, fecal incontinence, frequent or urgent bowel movements, and flatulence. To minimize these effects, foods with high fat content should be avoided, the manufacturer advises consumers to follow a low-fat, reduced-calorie diet. Oily stools and flatulence can be controlled by reducing the dietary fat content to somewhere in the region of 15 grams per meal.

Ruchele you sound like the commercial. LOL

Totally reminds me of that BC commercial where the "doctor" chick is out at a club telling her girlfriends about the pill...

I agree about staying away from weight loss pills. IF they work for you it's only temporary and they are unhealthy.
