What does a blood count of 1120 Mean?

Results of a 70 year old male's blood test.
He's being having trouble with urinating etc and his awaiting to see a specialts, but this is what came back on the blood tests today.,

Assuming this was a White Blood Cell count, normal would be 4,500-10,000 white blood cells/mcL, so this would be low. A low number of WBCs is called leukopenia. It may be due to, Bone marrow failure (for example, due to infection, tumor, or abnormal scarring) Collagen-vascular diseases (such as lupus erythematosus) Disease of the liver or spleen, or Radiation.
