What is the cause of pain in the joints, e.g. knee, wrists, and swelling of the fingers?

Pain in the joints ? There are many reasons for this condtion , But one i think of as the first ones is inflammation of the joints and excess fluid buildup , that's caused by excess salt intake and the body can not absorb the salt intake and causes the fluid to go to the joints and cause swelling and arthritis is a big concern when the body is inflamed from the fats that we eat in our foods that go to the joints and cause swelling at an older age . also injury from diff things in life to our joints causes painful conditions to our joints all though life and causes mass swelling also.
