What kind of health risks does ingesting a lizard pose?

My son ate a piece of a lizard (not sure how well cooked). What kind of health risks does this pose and what kind of symptoms do I need to watch for? Do I need to see a doctor?

Yu need to get him to the doctor and dont wait this is very bad and can cause a lot of problems fast, About 7.3 million “pet” reptiles are possessed by approximately 3% of U.S. households.
