What shots could harm my baby

I've heard there have been studies done on shots. That there are some shots that aren't recommended or even needed for infants. What are those shots, and what are the side affects that could be harmful to my baby?

I have gotten all doctor recommended shots for my baby with no problems. I personally feel a very small chance of autism or cerebral palsey is better then a chance of a deadly disease killing my child. I'm sure there are some more questionable than others, but if you seriously look at the stats your child is in more danger riding in your car than getting vacinations.
