Are you diabetic? That would still not rule out anemia because the kidney's production of erythropeietin (helps produce blood cells) can be effected: metformin taken for 3+ years for DM can casue anemia for 30%. You speak of acid blood and DM (diabetes mellitus) can cause ketoaciddosis if not enough insulin is taken. Many things can cause anemia if that's what's going on: parasites, Crohns, celiac disease, HIV, weight loss stomach surgery (lack of intrinsic factor i.e. depletion of B12), chemotherapy, vascular graft surgery. Coughing up blood and body aches also make one think of TB. You know there's been a resurgence of it (previously thought to have been eradicated). Have you gone to a physician yet re these symptoms? You did mention blood results. Make a list and drill the doctor as to why you have thsese things.
