By slope do you mean droop? Several things can cause drooping from Bell's Palsy to TIA, transient ischemic attack or mini stroke, shingles (if facial - usually affects nerves on one side), and Lymes disease in latent stage affecting nerves. A TIA is actually a stroke from which one fully recovers but can have severe temporary effects, dizziness, headache, nausea. partial paralysis. Shingles of the face can cause swelling and possible drooping - this is herpes zoster, a recurrence of the chicken pox virus. You might want to consult a neurologist about the facial 'slope' .
