When is a visit to ER necessary, current Food Poisoning situation

My 18 yr old son has what he thinks is food poisoning, started 5/1/09 noon, he vomited once, diahrrea every 30 mins, he has a fever of 101.5 which started within the last 30 mins, fatigued, he's sleeping now. Skin color is normal except his jaw line is lighter than the rest of his face. No symptoms of coughing, sore throat or sniffles. He ate a packaged burrito on 4/30pm, coffee and tea on 5/1. Should I bring him in to the ER?

Would say yes, given the possible pandemic we have right now & with him having at least 3 of the symptoms of H!N!. Others could follow.

Yes you need to get him there now , and because this can really poison him bad and if this is Ecoli then it will really do the damage to him. Ive had this and i almost died with this. not going to the doctor. and when i went . i was given 10 pills . that cost 10 dollars a pill and i was sick for a week even after this and they put IV fluids in me. and i was very sick. so get him there now!
