Where to go to talk to someone in person about Medicare options

I am about to retire and will be looking into Medicare coverage...very confusing for me...is there any places where you can go in person and meet with someone to answer my questions in the Houston/League City area

Yes your local social sercuity office has all that stuff, and all the answers, fo both medicare and medicade
