Why do I fall asleep right after I eat?

I usally eat and fall want to fall asleep right away, I don't understand why I get so tired right away, maybe some suggestions?

Many times this occurs if what you eat a lot of processed foods, sugars or white flour. This happened to me as well, and once I changed my diet to one without sugar, processed foods and white flour I felt 100% better and was not tired.

You also may want to get your blood sugar levels tested for hypoglycemia.

This is normal. The blood in our bodies is shifted to our digestives system and away from our brain and muscles. We are designed to nap after meals like cats do.
