Why do I get charlie horses whenver i stretch my arm and legs

I get charlie horses when i stretch my legs and when i tense my hands. why is this?

There can be several reasons this happens but some of the more common reasons are that you're not drinking enough water and have become a bit dehydrated; you aren't getting enough salt in your diet; or you're spending too much time practicing to become a couch potato.

If it continues to happen, see a medical doctor. It is possible you tore or otherwise damaged a muscle or even worse that you have a blood clot.
