A Dog licks for many reasons. The first is that in the wild canines licked their mother's face to get food. Dogs will also lick for grooming. Licking is a sign of submission and respect for you too. Your dog is showing you how she feels about you. Also a human's skin can be salty and taste good to the dog. If it is something that really bothers you you should train her not to do it.
