HRT has taken quite a 'hit' lately with the publicity regarding it's connection with breast cancer. It does provide some cardiac and osteo protection generally, but follow-up must be done to make sure there are no signs of cancer. Prempro 625.25 is, as you know, an estrogen. When taking an estrogen it usually is balanced with progesterone for protective benefit. Your symptoms sound as if you may have too much without that balance in your system. It's not normal to bleed (menses) after menopause, and no HRT is given until then.
