Extreme lower left abdominal pain ? Is a few medical condtions that comes to mind with this and could be Endometriosis which is a medical condition in women in which endometrial cells are deposited in areas outside the uterine cavity. The uterine cavity is lined by endometrial cells, which are under the influence of female hormones and will cause lower left abdominal pain and periods will be off cycle and double sometimes like this and then it could be a host of other problems also like in the ovaries and there are small tumors and cyests on the ovaries so i would go to a doctor and find out which condtion i had and get a good exam and they may find someting else as to the cause of this condtion.
