I need advice on my pain

I had my tubes tied my period is late and i am having spiratic yet severe lower abdominal and back pain

Severe lower abdominal ? This could have some indications of a kidney infection and needs to be tested by the doctor when this type pain happens and also the period being late is not really out of the norm for this condtion lower stomach pain with back pain will indicate that the infection is going wide spread and needs medications now before it gets worse and i would try to get to a doctor today or tomorrow at the latest to get a urine test and also to get the advice from your doctor to the cause of infection if a wide spread or local in the bladder infection .
